First 100 Terms.
These terms explain how the limited XAINA First 100 offer works. Registration is free. Payment is required when a customer selects and confirms a cleaning appointment.
2. Personal invitation
Available launch appointments are released by community and operational capacity before public launch. A First 100 customer receives immediate booking access after successful registration and may choose one available initial launch appointment.
3. Capacity release
A provisional First100 member place is held for 72 hours from successful registration. Confirm your first eligible booking within this window to secure it. If you do not, the provisional member place is released to the next eligible person on the waiting list. Registration does not reserve a cleaning appointment.
4. Kärcher Steam Hygiene
Complimentary Kärcher Steam Hygiene (kitchen and bathrooms) is included with the customer's first two eligible Signature cleans, whether booked as one-off or subscription visits. Deep Cleaning and Move-in/out do not consume this entitlement.
5. AED 50 member credit
After the first eligible paid service is completed, the customer receives a single AED 50 First 100 member credit towards their second eligible clean. The credit must be booked and redeemed within 30 calendar days of issue; the second cleaning itself may take place later. Campaign closure does not shorten this validity. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another promotional code or offer unless XAINA confirms otherwise.
6. Additional bookings
During the controlled launch period, each First 100 member may initially hold one active launch booking. Additional bookings may be released after the initial priority round is complete, when an appointment remains available within the next 48 hours, after the customer's first service is completed, or when XAINA adds operational capacity.
7. Personal use
Benefits are limited to one eligible customer, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another offer unless XAINA confirms otherwise.
8. Service availability
Bookings remain subject to the selected community, available appointments, service eligibility and XAINA's standard booking and cancellation terms.
9. Fair use
XAINA may reject duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or abusive registrations and may correct an incorrectly allocated place where reasonably necessary.
10. Waiting list
You register once on the First100 landing page. Once the first 100 places are reserved, further registrations are saved to the waiting list automatically. The thank-you page shows your current waiting list position. Entries are considered in registration order. XAINA will notify you on WhatsApp if a First100 place becomes available for you, or when the wider rollout begins from December. Your invitation explains any booking deadline. A waiting list entry is free and does not guarantee a First100 place, benefits or a cleaning appointment.
