Who will clean my home, and how is quality checked?
Every First100 booking is carried out by two Cleaning Experts. The more experienced Expert performs a final quality check at the end of the clean, before the service is marked complete.
When can I book my cleaning appointment?
If you secure a First 100 place, you can access the available pre-launch appointments immediately after registration. Later registrations join the priority waitlist.
What do the First 100 benefits include?
Priority booking access, complimentary Kärcher Steam Hygiene in your kitchen and bathrooms with your first two eligible Signature cleans, and AED 50 for your second eligible clean.
What happens if I do not book within 72 hours?
Your provisional First100 place is released to the next eligible person on the waiting list. This is a member place, not a reserved cleaning appointment.
Does joining cost anything?
Registration is free. Payment is required only when you select and confirm a cleaning appointment through the XAINA checkout.
